Try Zumba with Maria Elena Williams. I try and keep the pace fast enough for everyone to sweat, yet at a reasonable speed so participants can enjoy the dance moves. My classes are comprised of a good mix of salsa, cha-cha, meringue, regueaton, samba, and other international rhythms to keep the entire hour interesting. Basically, I try and make the class fun.
