Collie - Sampson - Medium - Adult - Male - Dog
Sam (his full name is Sampson but he's always been Sam for short) is a 5.5 year old (his birthday is March 6) Border Collie mix. Sam is energetic and loves to play. He enjoys ripping the stuffing out of his toys and chewing on the squeakers. He also loves chewing rawhide and fetching tennis balls. He likes to play with kids but ages 8 and older would be ideal because he sometimes plays a little rough. He LOVES other dogs and has the most fun when he goes to doggie day care. He would be happy in a home with at least one other dog but would really love a home with two or more other dogs to play with. He has only met one cat and did not know how to react to it, so a home without cats would probably be best. He needs lots of exercise and activity and needs a home with a large fenced yard, or even a farm. He is very protective and loving, too.
