PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF FUNCTION
The Set Up Operator is responsible to set up and operate assigned machinery and perform tasks in a safe and productive manner while meeting or exceeding production targets. The set up person is responsible for the good functioning and storage of tooling in the section. This grade applies to Muffler Line Set Up, Multiline Set Up, Primary Press Set Up (300 and 400T), CNC Bender Set Up, Addison Set Up, and Mill Set Up.
