The position is a Medical Technologist role. This is a night shift position and the preferred candidate is a MT not a MLT given that it is a night shift position so the ideal candidates must be knowledgeable and possess the ability to work with minimal supervision and autonomy.
They will consider a MLT but given that it is a 3rd shift position…it would have to be a phenomenal MLT….their ideal/preferred candidate is a MT.
