Iguana - Pat - Extra Large - Adult - Female
We are located in NC and adjoining states. We do NOT ship. A visit to your home is required to assure that your set-up is appropriate for the iguana you are asking to adopt, and you must be willing drive to the foster home to meet the iguana you choose. Our adoption fees range from $50-$125, depending on size, etc. We also require that you get and thoroughly read "Iguanas for Dummies" by Melissa Kaplan, or the "Ultimate Iguana Owner's Manual" by James Hatfield. Pat is a 10 year old spayed female, has been well cared for all of her life. Shes healthy, 18 inches SVL, 50 inches STL, and potty trained to a bath tub. Shes been in a bad mood every since her mommy left her with TIR many years ago, and has become quite aggressive. Strangely, she seems to thrive on her moodiness. Due to her unpredictable temperament, she should not be in a home where children can get near her. Honestlyshe used to be a very tame, sweet iguana, and we have no clue what turned her around for the worse. We doubt that she will find just the right home where she will be comfortable and happy, but we can keep hoping. Shes a very pretty, soft iguana and has all medical records. She would only be considered to go to a very experienced person. Pat's foster family has been caring for her for several years now and would appreciate any donations.
